Clapton’s Guitar Sale For Rehab Clinic December 9, 2010

ERIC CLAPTON is hoping to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for his rehab clinic by selling off dozens of his guitars and amplifiers.

The legendary rocker is putting more than 70 instruments up for auction, including one he played during the Cream reunion concerts in 2005 and a custom-built black Fender Eric Clapton Signature Stratocaster, which is expected to fetch up to $30,000 (£20,000).
